【外观及尺寸】：产品为不规则块状，结晶体呈灰色金属光泽，表面无肉眼可见黑色、白色覆盖物或其他机械夹杂物。产品颗粒尺寸在 2mm~20mm 之间，小于 2mm 的砷量不应大于总量的 5%；大于 20mm 的砷量不应大于总量的 5%。

【主要用途】：以工业砷为原料，经升华、氯化、精馏、氢还原等加工提纯后制成的纯度不小于 99.999%、99.9999%、99.99999%的高纯砷，其主要应用于制造砷化镓等Ⅲ-Ⅴ族化合物半导体、半导体掺杂剂等.

【包 装】：产品于 1000 级（6 级）洁净室中专用玻璃瓶充氩封装，用塑料袋真空密封，依次放入减震泡沫板的排孔中，加盖，装入专用包装箱。产品净重按 1000g/瓶、1500g/瓶、3000g/瓶三种规格包装，每瓶净重允许偏差±1g。

【 Application】：Arsenic as a raw material for industry, with sublimation, chlorination and rectification,

such as hydrogen reduction processing is made after purification the purity of not less than 99.999%, 99.9999% and 99.99999% of high purity arsenic, its mainly used in manufacturing such as gallium arsenide IIIVcompound semiconductor, semiconductor doping agent, etc.

【Package】：The product is sealed in the vacuum seal of the special glass bottle in the clean room at level 1000 (level 6). The vacuum seal of plastic bag is put into the hole of the damping foam plate in turn.The product shall be packed in 1000g/bottle, 1500g/bottle and 3000g/bottle, and the net weight of each bottle is allowed to be equal to or minus 1g.
